Rider age is our recommendation, not the manufacturer's. Coolster does not publish a recommended age for this model, and we would rather give you our honest read than leave the row blank. Seat height and transmission are straight off their spec sheet. Our size guide walks the whole thing through in two minutes.
A 70/100-17 front and a 90/100-14 rear puts this on real motocross geometry rather than pit bike geometry. It rolls over things the smaller bikes stop on.
Manual clutch, foot shift, hydraulic discs at both ends, and a 28.7 inch seat that suits a full grown rider. Kick start only.
Who this one is for
Adults and experienced teens. This is not a learner machine and there is nothing on it to slow a rider down. If it is going to be somebody's first bike, buy the XR-125 instead and move up next year.

Is this a kids bike?
No. 17 inch front wheel, full manual, 203 pounds and a 28.7 inch seat. It is a small adult motocross bike. There is nothing on it to slow a rider down.
How does it compare to the XR-125?
Same 124cc engine, completely different bike around it. The M-125 has full size motocross wheels, a bigger tank and real geometry. The XR is lighter, lower and more forgiving.
