We are a small family operation in Greenwood, Missouri, which means when you reach out you are talking to one of the people who runs this place, not a call center reading from a script.

We answer email within one business day, usually a lot faster. If you call after hours, leave a message with your name, your number and your model, and we will call you back.

What to include so we can actually help

Picking a machine: rider's age, height and inseam, what they have ridden before, and where they will ride. We will tell you honestly what fits, including when the answer is wait a season.

Existing order: your order number and the email you used at checkout.

Shipping damage: order number, photos of the crate and the machine, and confirmation that you noted the damage on the delivery receipt. Send it within 48 hours of delivery.

Assembly or mechanical: your model and a photo of what you are looking at. A picture saves both of us twenty minutes.

Parts: your model, the model year if you have it, and the part you need.

Buying more than one

Farms, ranches, campgrounds, resorts and rental operations, email us directly and we will talk fleet pricing.

A promise

If we get something wrong, tell us and we will make it right. If we do not know an answer, we will say so and then go find out. That is how we would want to be treated, and it is how we were raised to treat other people.
